Amidst many of today’s modern designs, a wink to the past is sometimes exactly what we need. Speaking to many of our users, we realized that the page flip animation is one of those nostalgic features that will make your readers smile. That’s why we’ve added the option to enable a Flip effect for your publications.

Feel free to browse through this publication to see what the page flip effect looks like:

How to enable the page flip effect

To enable the page flip effect for your publications, you can go to Viewer Customization -> Display. Here you can select Flip under the Desktop Viewer section.

Some things to keep in mind about the flip effect:

  • It only works for Booklet publications on desktop and laptop computers.
  • On smartphones, tablets and for Single Page publications we will show the slide effect even if you select Flip.
  • It’s supported in IE11+, Safari 9+, Chrome & Firefox. On older browsers, we will show the slide effect, even when you select Flip.
