Performance Marketing Manager (B2B / SaaS / Remote)

At Publitas, we’re looking to add a Performance Marketing/PPC Manager for our rapidly scaling SaaS business. The Performance Marketing/PPC Manager will have complete ownership of Paid B2B Channels, creating and executing campaigns to drive growth and lead generation.


  • Own all paid digital marketing initiatives across channels, including but not limited to Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Design and execute impactful annual and quarterly performance marketing plans that influence revenue metrics across the funnel.
  • Identify creative ideas for lead generation and growth, from new channels to hacking initiatives.
  • Create, manage, and optimize international performance marketing channels; paid search, paid social, pay-per-click listing, programmatic & display advertising.
  • Track and report on all paid marketing campaigns, using data to optimize campaign performance continually - this includes optimizing campaigns for incremental ROI.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to creating the performance marketing strategy together with the marketing & leadership team.
  • Work closely with the sales team to continuously improve targeting and identify unique opportunities.
  • Manage the monthly budget across paid media channels in line with KPIs, forecasts, and business objectives.
  • Keep up to date with best practices and provide digital thought leadership and expertise across channels.
  • Continuously test messaging, audiences & landing pages to get the most out of our campaigns.


  • 5+ Years of experience managing large campaigns with budgets exceeding six figures.
  • Previous experience working for a growing start-up or scale-up or media buying agencies.
  • Deep knowledge of industry-standard tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Facebook Business Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to synthesize data and consumer insights into successful performance marketing strategies.


  • Experience working in the technology, retail, or eCommerce industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in SaaS marketing.
  • A bachelor's degree in science or engineering.
