Digital/CRO Analyst (Contract/Project based, Remote)

An experienced, self-driven Digital Analyst required to help support our clients through Print/Digital transformation projects. You will be reporting to Phillip, our Services Lead, This role is contract/project based.


  • Enhancing the performance of our customers’ Publitas catalogs.
  • Interpret and present actionable insights; you will need a solution-based & active mindset, with the ability to translate business problems into clear & concise reports that can be actively consumed.
  • Regularly review performance, looking at both quantitative data and qualitative insight to help clients identify improvements to their digital publications that enhance the customer experience and generate ROI.
  • Follow projects through the full project life cycle working in an agile environment.
  • Work closely with our Services and Product team to deliver fast-paced, high-profile client-facing projects.


  • Fluency in English.
  • Substantial experience in running AB tests and Multivariate testing tools.
  • Advanced experience working within Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
  • Experience working on Mobile and desktop optimization projects.
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to identify and engage key stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.


  • Ideally, some SQL knowledge.
  • Strong commercial/Retail awareness.
  • Experience in working with both agencies and in a client-facing role.
