Responsibilities

  • Create technical solutions for current issues
  • Manage and maintain the e-Publisher
  • Active involvement in technical product development
  • Create and implement Publitas product innovations
  • Active involvement in designing the internal and external support process
  • Determine and implement short- and long-term strategy for our software development

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years experience in application development
  • Excellent written and oral business communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Dutch and English required
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with a result- and solution-oriented personality
  • Proactive personality to spot opportunities and anticipate short- and long-term market development
  • Depth of experience with web development in PHP, Java (J2EE) and experience with AWS
  • A service-minded approach and perseverance to achieve advanced results
  • Demonstrated skills to work with minimal direct supervision or direction
  • A flexible and dynamic personality with guts and humor and ambition for career development
